The report begins with a customized analysis that explains
the overall implications of your church’s leading growth
indicators in simple language. Growth rates are displayed over
a two-year period for a “view at a glance” perspective
of long-term trends. There are also line graphs that display
all of the church’s leading growth indicators over the
last eight quarters.

The Church Growth Calculator™ is an interactive report.
It comes complete with accurate data on your church already
filled in. The calculator gives you the capability to adjust
any of the three mathematical aspects of church growth, i.e.
your Visitor Volume Rate, your Visitor Retention Rate and your
Back Door Rate to see how that will affect church growth over
the next five years. It provides insight into just how a little
change in your visitor retention rate can affect your church’s
long-term growth.

This monthly report utilizes the exit poll feature of Connection
Ministries. It provides feedback on your visitor’s impressions
of your church. Using a racing flag motif, it identifies ministries
that are winners under a checkered flag, ministries that are
running the race well under a green flag, ministries that are
areas of caution under a yellow flag and ministries that seem
to be problematic under a red flag.
