pastor, I developed and honed a highly effective visitor retention
process. The
Assemblies of God U.S Missions later adopted our visitor
retention system along with some other ministry systems, which
I had
developed and published in The Pastor's Journal, as a part
of a national pastor mentoring and training ministry called
Project Hope. I had the privilege to conduct pastoral seminars
across the country while actively pastoring a growing church.

a rich and
